Called my medical office today and hung up once I picked up. Thinking it might be an insurance company I was reaching out to, I called back. A very Filipino / non-western sounding person picked up (very similar to the trained English 'lilt' I hear when I do call insurance companies) thanking for calling him back and wanted to discuss loan forgiveness. I caught him off guard when I informed him that we were a medical office.

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
