These people call me about a loan I don't have a loan with them how do I block this calls?

Total scam!

Silver cloud financial, CA USA. Asked if I had an account. Had my phone number in their system with someone else name. Sounds like debt collection but super fishy scam smell.

High rate interest loans. For example. $600 loan, payments $180 or higher payments long term loan payments. Source Ripoffreport.com

this phone number calls me every day, for many weeks now. When I answer there is no-one there. Harassment?

this number keeps calling me and leaving a message that I AM BEING SUED FOR SOMETHING.

Silver Cloud Financial. Opened fraudulent loans in my name. I found out when they sent me a past due notice. I called and informed them that I never opened any accounts with them and never received whatever they loaned. When I said I was upset the operator had the nerve to tell me they were upset because of the money they may have to write off. I had to email their complaints department to appeal their participation in my stolen identity and have had no response. I've spent hours notifying the credit, filing incident reports, writing letters to the AG's office, etc. just because they don't even check who they're giving loans to. They just kept opening loans. They're crooks. Anyone interested in a class action suit?

They call me every day I am really mad.
