Called and told me that they would be looking for someone at my residence. Gave the name - it was no relation, but had same last name.
They are calling a saying there is a legal matter for my mom who is 77 years old. Saying they will be sending someone to my house to try and find her. The lady could not even tell me who had a case on her or anything. Its sad for them to be doing this. She has k no own I deal who would be trying to come after her. They are calling my brother, my daughter's.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
