I had the same experience August 21-24 . I am planning on contacting BBB and writing to the newspaper in SanFrancisco and Portland OR. By the way I had 20 uses on my card.

Lyft is trying to charge me for a service I would never use. What a joke. What makes me angrier is that my CC company DIDN'T catch this! Of course they only hire Indians and I can't even get service when I call. Time for a new CC company. If I go to SF, CA it's to kill this a--hole. Disputing the charge and filing a complaint. Will be also filing a complaint against the CC company. I changed ALL of my information immediately upon discovery and have no idea how they got my info.

This is the 3rd time this Lyft company who I've never done business with, has put through fraudulent charges on my account, and this is the 2nd time my bank has issued a new card. And obviously it's happening a lot, so why haven't they been arrested..?

Same here, two charges with this 855-280-0278number, same day (09/11), From San Francisco bay area Lift*Ride, however I was in VA same time.

I got two charges in August from Lyft as well. There were other similar charges from CA -- can anyone verify that they received other charges from California close to the same time as the charges from Lyft?

This just happened to me with over 140.00 in charges to lyft. Since I have used the real lyft in the past my bank isn't doing anything to help me. I was working all day in phoenix AZ.
