I got a call today from this # but no message.

Keep getting hangups from this number. If it is 24 hour fitness, they will lose my business because of this practice. Good to know who it is though.

Hey dumbass! You sound like one of the people that would be on the "calling" end of this. My autopayment, as I am confident is the case with the vast majority of people complaining here, has NEVER not processed and I still get these calls constantly. Perhaps you should STFU and stop making blanket indictments about others.

robo calls every day from 24 hour fitness. What REALLY annoys me is I quit their crappy gym in April of 2013, they told me they could only freeze my account for 6 months when I insisted on termination. I injured my shoulder, I travel for work, neither of which is here or there, so I called back several times until I got who I thought was a reasonable person who said she would terminate my membership, promised she would. I asked to see it in writing, and I got an email from them that says my membership would be frozen for 6 months and then if there was no activity on my end, it would be terminated. The email even says they wouldn't take money out of my account. Guess what? In October of 2013 they started charging me again and I didn't realize it until January of 2014. I called my bank, bank of america, told them what happened and they refunded my money for the months they charged me illegally and said they were no longer authorized to take money out of my account. Now I'm getting the robo calls every day and I don't even think I can talk to a person if I opted to. This whole thing is crazy. I finally called 24 hour fitness yesterday and everyone who works there is insane, incompetent, delusional, or a combination of the 3. They told me I didn't terminate my membership I froze it for 6 months and I said NO I terminated it, I have an email sent from 24 hour fitness and in April, like now, I stated again and again and again I terminated my membership, I'm not a member now and I haven't been for about a year now according to the person I spoke to on the phone in April and according to the email you sent me. They said they'd stop calling me and they haven't I got robocalled again today. They stole money out of my account for 5 months, they STOLE from me, and now they're harassing me? Wow, this is totally insane. And they're obviously not going to stop, since the lady on the phone from 24 hour yesterday said I was a member who froze my membership. I told her they were all taking crazy pills cause I quit a year ago - I even asked her to repeat after me, "I'm not a member, say it!" I also said "your company stole money from me, you've stolen money from me without my permission do you understand how messed up and illegal that is?" And, "you're working for thief's I hope you know that." A woman transferred me to another lady who finally said i'm not a member and bid me good day and said they'd stop calling. I don't know what else I can do here I'm at the end of my rope. I'm worried they're going to try to ruin my credit by saying I owe them for the months they illegally charged my debit card without my permission which my bank refunded to me. This whole thing is beyond insane andI don't think I'll ever get a gym membership ever again and i'll be goddammed if I EVER step foot inside a 24 fitness ever again on principle.

Someone report mi cc to the bank, they closed my account, later they send me new cc w pin number, they said use that, no other, I went inside the bank change the pin, later I receiced a new cc w another pin, they said that I need to use this, no others once, so I said not, cause all the time if they sent cc I just only put them on teller and that- it. So they pay alls bills from somewhere electronic, but in this time they dont do this, so I was late. But I remember I call my insurance for changing cars, I remember I was using 24 hr. Fitness, every day and they no tell me if I was late, during 15 day progress. So I believe after I no want to obey the bank that they said and I prefer to close the aacc. After those collector call me and call me. May be one reason: they send information and bills and videos under the law!, cause I has under workers comp. Case. So, be careful you guys!!

Don't be so ignorant! I've never had 24 hour fitness and they've been calling me daily! I looked up the number because I never answer a number I don't recognize!
