They will call about a family member need to get their number regarding important info they need to discuss, the number on the phone is masked and the VM will leave the 855 number. I have called back both numbers to have my phone removed from the contact list. Spoken to two different people, the male will escalate the call and get irate even though they are not asking about anything in regards to me, the female is rather calm but always in a hurry to get you off the line. Both will say they will remove the number but never do, have mentioned reporting them to FTC and the male will go berserk and the lady pays little to no attention to the fact. This is fishing/spammer call.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
