Called me at work asking for DOB. I asked who they were. They wouldn't tell me who the company was. I refused to give them any information. Not falling for it.
This came in as a missed call on my cellphone and I did not call back. Caller left no message. I rarely get legitimate calls on my cellphone from people who aren't in my contacts list, so this was almost certainly a solicitor.
This number called me but i missed the call so i called back and it just had me on hold. I sometimes get calls but they ask for someone else and i tell them not to call me back but they always end up calling.
By all the folks who call these numbers back! If no voice mail is left or the number is not in your contact list, ignore it!
When I answered the office phone a lady said that shes calling on a recorded line and trying to do an employment verification, told her that she needed to call the main office in St Louis. That was it.
they Just call my number trying to do employment verification, when I ask her how she got the information and why she was trying verify employment she could not provide any information. very ridicules way to still peoples
Did not identify themselves but said that they wanted to do an employment verification. I asked if they could fax over the paperwork and she agreed. We'll see what happens next.

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.
