Received a call from this number. The message said they were Comcast and that our modem has a technical issue which they want to send a fix out for. I have numerous Comcast accounts and there was no reference to which account it was they were referring to. I call Comcast and there is nothing wrong with any of our modems. In listening to the message it didn't feel right. Didn't feel; authenticate.

9/8/2021: Caller said they were with Comcast and wanted to replace our modem due to errors on our internet log. They said that we could self-install the new modem or they would send a tech out. I called Comcast Business and set up a chat. The customer service agent at Comcast Business couldn't see anything on record that indicated this needed to be done, and neither did the tech agent I chatted with. Comcast Business does NOT initiate replacing your modem or equipment without the business owner first requesting this.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
