VERY agressive! Wanted us to sign up and THEN go into details. Did not want to take no for an answer. I'm sure if I sign up, I will never be able to get rid of them. They may be legit but I don't think it's worth the possibility that they're not.
I honestly feel you all have it misunderstood. I had a representative by the name of Krystal assist me in letting me know, that I was found to be paying more than I should be paying on my Nation Grid accounts.. We went over bills together, mind you charges that should have never been there were. The proof was before my eyes. She priced me out with a great fixed rate for 24months and It was a very competitive rate because I do my research. I have seen a decrease in my bill since doing business with her.
i search this number after they had helped me with my electric bill -- Im not sure why so many people had such a bad experience with them, they are here to help you if you actually listen to them! i know a lot of us get these crazy scam calls all the time but hear them out on what they have to say to you! they brought it to my attention that i was being over charged on my electric bill and they had agreements with top supplier to help me with that.. and of course i always do my research like i did now and felt like y'all should know

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
