Looking to see who has been called by this number. They have you watch a webcast on how they buy your timeshare, actually they are a vacation club and they give you credit for your timeshare towards purchasing their club membership. It does look like a way to get out of your timeshare (they would give me $12K for mine towards their $15K membership) and your yearly dues are only $199, but I am skeptical. Timing isn't right for me so I am going to pass, but want to hear of others that do sign up and see if your timeshare actually transfers out of your ownership.

Not sure but I got a call from them too. I am thinking it is a scam as most others.

Travel RCI which is "now" Vacation Experts International is located in Sevierville, Tn. Just a heads up for future customers. Travel RCI, IAVacations, Property Relief and now "Vacation Experts International" located in Sevierville TN which is either owned by Stacy Gillespie or Robbie Pickel (his freind ) .... google these names and check the BBB .... Property Relief is now "VP TITLE" and the owner is listed as Hope Yoakum which works for Stacy in the closing department, everyone knows Stacy Gillespie's reputation, therefore how can he put another company in his name.. he wouldn't have any business then. Mr. Gillespie karma is a ..... and believe me one day it's gonna bite you.

This was a corporate resolution and a decision based solely on what would be in the best interest of existing Travel RCI members in order to protect the integrity of their membership/license. Myth: Property Relief is now VP Title. VP Title is a manager owned LLC and in no way has ever operated as Property Relief. Tennessee BBB has all updated records and is working with VEI & VP Title in accordance to Tennessee law.Also, please note that any further disparaging and/or slanderous remarks will be met with the fullest extent of the law.

Hello mates, I received a call this weekend from Vacation Experts International from the same number asking about my Wyndham timeshare. Has anyone actually conducted business with them and what type of questions did you ask when doing diligence? They did say they worked with VP Title as well and would provide me with any licensure and references I needed in order to make an informed decision (James, the rep said he could link me to the State of Tennessee Div of Corp). In checking with the BBB, they are listed but no rating yet, so I called. They have recently changed their name and are updating the information as the previous post from the "attorney" stated. So far, my due diligence checks out but would appreciate feedback prior to making any final decisions. Cheers!

Traveling, I just checked out the BBB in East TN and VP Title Sevierville does come up as a registered company and currently has a B rating with 0 complaints in the last 6 months.

Jumping in, I've just received notice that my Mystic Dunes AND Vacation Villas timeshares are no longer in my name!!! Woohoo! Thanks VP Title and Vacation Experts International! I don't care who owns what, they did what they said they were gonna do.

I just received a phone call from 865 868 2900, saying they would offer my timeshare after hearing their seminar on the phone. did you go through the transferring process through an escrow company? if so, which one?
