Got a call from someone using the shake name Terrance Cole and identified himself as a state licensed process server. Very amateurish, sounded like a stoner and was taking long audible breaths in between trying to leave a long and not-to-the-point shake. Didn't name any specific address when he said he would be at my house tomorrow or even list the county- this is all very easily looked up on any skiptracing utility or even google for Christ's sake. If you're going to try to fraudulently collect on a payday loan that was duplicated and sold many times over, you'd better at least be good at it. At least google the POE number and say the address in your shake message if you say you're also coming to my job. Take note "Terrance" and become a possibly passable collector. I'm sure that you will see this when someone in the office tells you that you burnt the number.

I received a call from the same guy Terrance Cole saying he was a process server and he would be coming to my place of employment. This is definitely a scam two calls within minutes apart starting the same thing except the phone number left was 855-655-3097. His personal number is 469-396-1589.

I received a very similar phone call, but it was from "Jennifer Midland." She said she was a State Licensed Process Server out of Houghton County. She said she had legal paperwork to serve me and it required my signature. She said she will visit me the following day at my home or work. She advised I call 855-655-3097, the office of Attorney "John Reese, who is handling the case." I called "John Reese," and he told me I was being sued by Huskhawk Group for a short term loan I failed to pay back. I explained to him I paid the loan back and the group continued to withdraw money from my bank account, forcing me close my bank account. Mr. Reese was very short on the phone and hung up on me."Jennifer Midland" never served me. I believe she's working with Huskhawk to intimidate people. I suggest you don't answer calls from a unknown number, and from the 855-655-3097.

Just received this message from Anthony Simms, a process server out of my county. Says that he will be arriving at my place of business and residence within the next few hours so to be prepared to be served. UNLESS I call 855-655-3097 and put a stop order in aka: pay for a debt I do not owe. I'm sick of these calls. I guess I will be waiting for Mr. Simms.

Office of Attorney John Reese and they want to serve me this afternoon. Said good luck. I called and questioned the debt and wanted them to mail me proof. They hung up on me!

I too received a call literally an hour ago from Mr Terrance Cole also. He first left me a voicemail staying to call back 855-655-3097 and that they will be to my resident the next to serve me papers for a "payday loan" that I got back in March of 2012!! I called back and got transferred to "John Reese" asking that I pay $814 to settle outta court (lies) and said if I wanted to opt for a payment plan I would need to pay $211 biweekly to satisfy this debt!! He preceeded to ask me for a debit/credit card to set up the payment plan and for some reason after about 10 min my good sense finally kicked in and I hung the damn phone up on him! He never called back and now reading all this I know it was surely a scam and to think my dumb [***] was almost a victim!!

I received a call from "Jennifer Midland" saying that she is a licensed process server in Delaware County and that she had legal paperwork that required my signature. She said that the paperwork would be served to my home the following day and if they could not reach me there it would be served to my work. She also said that if I did not want it served at my work that I needed to call attorney john reese at 855-655-3097. I also received a follow up call from her stating the address she was trying to serve paperwork, which was not my home address.

I received a call from an unknown number. Mike (Briggs?). A registered courier with the county - doesn't say what county. And that he has some paperwork coming out to me in the next 24-48 hours. Has my home address. And to call back attorney John Reese at phone number 855-415-4519. And then gives me a 2016 case number. I'll let you all know if I get served.
