SCAM.... says they need last 4 of your SS# or you'll be arrested

Left a message with robot recoded voice telling me I must call back and verify the last 4 digits of my SSN or I would issue an arrest warrant immediately and have me arrested. This is a giant scam as the IRS does not call you nor do they threaten arrest.
Same thing. Calling and saying I'd be arrested if I didn't call back and give them the last four digits of my social security #. Come get me.
