I totally agree. Got a bogus call about a creditor I never conducted business with. Also, the criminals stated they could garnish wages or levy a tax lien on bad debt tied to unsecured credit. That's the funniest thing I heard today!
I just received a call they have all my personal info claim they are going to put a judgement on my credit report.I am currently contacting my Attorney Generals office to complain and see what I can do. ScamTold me I was getting served summons papers tomorrow.Oh and at work.If I did not call them and make arraignmentsI have never been told before hand when and where I was going to be served.lolThat would not be very productive for a person serving anyone.My legal department is really going to get a kick out of this one.Oh and know they will pursue them, as for its a destructive act against my company disruptive and threating.

Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
