Just received a call. from a computer. They said they were from Novus for Anthem Blue Cross about making an appointment. I don't have Anthem Blue Cross. They call yesterday using 855-530-5792 and 517-318-5750.

Novus for Anthem Blue Cross is a automated call services. It's purpose is to remind Anthem Blue Cross customers of future appointments and to help schedule appointments.

If this # is Anthem why don't they leave a message so you don't ignore it. If its a legit call leave a message You don't leave a message you don't get a call back

If you wait you can talk to a live person it's kinda,weird anthem would use them but what ever.

Call me , I didn't answer. No message left. I think it's a scam caller.

This company has been harassing me with calls. I did get a letter from Anthem saying they would have a company contact me about scheduling a physical. They call numerous times a day, usually when I am driving or sleeping. Funny thing is, I just had a physical and Anthem paid for it so why are they calling if they are legit?

A message left on my voice mail from a computer that kept asking my voice mail if I or a representative was available. It said it was "Insurance company", not identifying which insurances company it was. I don't answer unidentified phone numbers and since they didn't reference my insurance it was a scam call.

Apparently the company is called Inovalon. They say they do data research, etc for health care providers. The calls are annoying and I do not want my information out there. I DO NOT WANT TO BE PART OF DATABASE. They have been calling me from different 855 area code numbers daily at 11:30 am pst, they don't leave a message because I wont answer the phone, this the third telephone number I have blocked, today I called the number back, found out who they are, looked them up on the internet and called the office in Maryland. They said they weren't a scam call, but really, would they cop to it, methinks NO. They asked me all kinds of information so they could better help me......ummm, NO. Apparently, they work with Anthem and other companies. Now I will call Anthem and tell them to go f&*k themselves.
