Calller said it was from just energy but was called to our answering machine.

I just received a message from this number asking me to call back about an "important personal matter." The voice was a computer, no company name was given, and the message included a number for me to reference when I call back. Sketchy!!

I recieved the same type of message several times. I finally called the number back and it was a company called "Just Energy", a third party supplying gas and electric to residentual houses. I had an account with them and had to cancel because I moved but I always thought the company was sketchy.

Have been receiving phone calls from this number and it is Just Energy. Had an account with them which I canceled. Was originally told I had a no fee cancellation because I am over the age of 65. Now they want $50 for my cancellation.

Received numerous calls called back to discover it was First Energy with an unknown phone number.They informed me because I cancelled my signed contract with them I owed them $50.I requested a copy of this signed contract from 2011 and have yet to receive it.... now three weeks later the are calling again.

Missed a call from 844-631-3113 and a voicemail was left to call back regarding an urgent matter. Funny because I'm not one that pays bills late or owes money. So I decide to call them back. Funny "Pia" says I owe $50.00 for cancellation of a 3 year term with Just Commerce Terra. Funniest part the message was left with my knick Name NOT MY REAL NAME ON THE ACCOUNT! DO NOT CALL BACK THIS IS BS

Same here. I never was provided energy or gas by this company and they are harrasing me for a $60 cancelation fee. I also requested a copy of the invoice and contract...never sent.

Had a message left to call back with an important matter. I had cancled with just energy and paid my final bill from April. I am getting called now in July for supposed 3 months worth up unpaid bills totaling 300 dollars...makes no sense at all...when I first called in the woman she said direct energy not just energy. Everything was confusing they knew I finalized my bill back in April how? It does not seem right. I demanded they send/email me these supposed bills I can back up with bank statements the crap they are pulling.

It is a scam. Just Energy is a scam. Don't accept them as a supplier. You will end up paying double.
