05/11/2023: two nuumbers - same company: 775-571-1759 and 855-853-8477. I called yesterday without blocking my number. The lady was very rude when I asked questions. She said I had an unpaid Payday loan from 2019!!! I said, Well, that's a lie as I don't have any payday loans. I asked for the company name and location and her name so I can give it to my attorney and she said that it wasn't any of my business and she hung up on me! As if. Then, I called both numbers today using *67 and was told after some digging, that they go by the name PRM Claims Solutions. She wouldn't provide her name or the city and state they are located. I was told that was asking too much. I said it couldn't be as they should be a publicly listed company. She hung up. I called the 855 number, same result. I told her I need the info to provide my attorney and she hung up as well. I looked up PRM Claims Solutions and they assist with medical insurance claims, especially those that get denied. Clearly not a collection agency. This wasn't a robocall. It was a human both times and there wasn't that usual lag between the onset of the call and the voicemail. Not sure how they got my name and my unlisted phone number which is on the do-not-call registry.
