Wouldn't identify which company/organization they were calling from. Usually a debt collector tactic.

Credence Resource Management is the caller

This number and very similar numbers are constantly calling my cell phone which is reserved for family & friends. I don't answer and never will.As JoeyDee said; You are wise to block the caller by whatever means you have. You probably won't be able to find out who it is that's calling, as they are calling from spoofed numbers, maybe from overseas.

Can someone please help me, I received a letter today from Credence, is this a scam letter, we have research the amount and our debts can not find anything in our bills that even matches the amount that we owe on this letter, never had anything from the said name creditor.

They called saying a debt collector and that I owe money to Rural Metro Fire Department. But my insurance fully covers air evac and ambo rides. And I haven't been to the er in an ambo since June. I have had nothing to due with rmfd since then so it has to be a scam right?

And he had a really off accent I couldn't place. I didnt understand the company he said his client was several times I had the Man repeat it until I guessed. So I don't know.

Don't know why this number keeps calling, no message. I have no outstanding debts, but I did just get this cellphone with a newly assigned number. Basic phone for emergencies only, so no call blocking.
