UPDATE: Ok, so this definitely felt like an episode of Crank Yankers! I just received a call back from the Haddon Heights police officer. Turns out that this guy is autistic and definitely has an obsession with pregnancy. He lives with his grandmother, who is his caretaker, and although she is aware of him placing calls, no one has ever reported him before. His grandmother is going to take the phone away from him and the police officer is going out to their residence to have a talk with him. Just wanted to let everyone know that although annoying, this is a mentally challenged guy and probably not any real threat to anyone. If you are reading this and have received a call from him, please be kind to him and just alert the Haddon Heights PD and give them his phone number so they can be aware and maybe talk to him and his grand-mom again. This guy called my OB ultrasound practice and said he wanted to book an appointment because he's supposedly 38 weeks pregnant and wants to see the baby. Asked if ultrasounds hurt, if I was pregnant, how many children I have, if I liked being pregnant, what would I put on his belly, etc. Thank goodness I require a credit card and deposit to hold a reservation! What a nut job. I called the police... they are going to go out to his home and talk to him. Definitely some sort of sicko obsessed with pregnancy and birth. If Hopefully he will stop harassing everyone, but if you happen to receive a call from him, please also report him to the Haddon Heights NJ police dept. since the more times he is reported, the more they have him on their radar.
