Very sketchy call..the lady would not identify the company until pressed firmly, wanted me to verify my address for them immediately and without having identified themselves. Stated it was about "private and sensitive information". Eventually said the company was Eos and then said she would call back some other time as she was looking for my husband (but calling my personal cell).

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
