***SCAMMER ALERT!!!*** Indian woman with a thick accent just called my home asking for someone and when I asked who was calling. She repeated the persons name and I repeated my question. She didn't answer my question so I hung up. I called back and another person with a thick Indian accent answered saying they were Midland Credit Acceptance. I knew it was a scam so I hung up.
This number just called. Must be scam bc my cellphone identified as "scam call. answer or decline".
iPhone caller ID is "Scam likely". Never seen this before but I like the feature. Going to block the number now.
Jerks keep calling here even though the person they're looking for don't live here. Just another number to BLOCK.
I got a call from 1(858)505-1237 2 or 3 times this week telling me it’s a business matter and they called me at the wrong time when I am busy doing something or busy working. I think this is a scam call and I would like all the scammers and telemarketers to stop calling me and I would like to be on the do not call list. My question is how do I be put on the do not call list so annoying calls will not call me anymore?
Midland credit buys old uncollectable debts that are so far past their shelf life they don't even appear on your credit report any more. If you deal with them at all, the clock resets so just don't deal with them. I have blocked the number. I will continue blocking them.
Why do they call? I don't know what Midland credit is. I never answer the phone anymore. Too scammy.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
