I am a Realtor in Florida and I am also on the "do not call list" and suppose it means nothing? Isn't there a fine for these solicitations? At the least we should give it back (harrassment) by overwhelming this company with e-mails of protest....might make us feel like we can do something besides just feeling ticked off. It's just one more aggravation in these times of stress! The company is....Z57 (internet web sales) and e-mail is: steve@z57.com

They call me EVERY day - I've answered twice and told them I have absolutely no interest, that I am on the do not call registry, and to remove my number - they still call. I'm in real estate too, but this is just getting old.

I work for a different real estate marketing company. We do not use these tactics you describe- nor do we use any autodialing tools, but Z57 is calling my current customers and representing that they actually work for us and are calling to reduce their bills with us. Tacky and misleading. Probably illegal.The issue with the DNC list- if they are calling your published business number (and as a Realtor it's hard to avoid this- that is ususally your cell number) then legally this is a business to business call and the Do Not Call list does not apply.

Got a call from this number. Also a Realtor. When the caller was told that the Broker/Owner was not in he demanded her cell number. When refused, he became quite rude and then hung up. Definitely not a quality professional company we're dealing with here.

Realtor in Maryland, also, keep getting this number calling but I don't answer unknown out of state calls. Thanks for the info on what this company is all about since they never leave a message. I will never answer that call now for sure.

I just got one too, used to be with Z57. Interestingly during the 'trial' period where I could cancel there was lots of internet activity, and then completely stopped. They probably have a group set up to 'hit' certain sites every day so their new clients will see results. Never got a lead from this. Don't know why they are calling as I wasn't happy and cancelled my service with them
