Calling me to offer a "free" vacation. They claimed that I had stayed at one of their resorts (which I haven't). I patiently sat through the robo call and asked to be taken off of the list. She didn't try to keep me on the line, so we'll see if it worked.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
