Survey on Cigna Specialty Rx service. Gal kept saying "I see" in response to my answers....a bit irritating.

Seems to be an agency contracted to perform surveys for companies (some here have said cable provider, some political, some healthcare). I've gotten a daily call at dinner time after having called my insurance company for assistance. Unfortunately for them, I don't answer unknown #s (and won't call you back if you don't leave a message).

Called the Office for Home Depot about a phone call I don't remember making and no one else here would have called. It sounded like she was waiting to take a survey about the call.

Asking to speak with someone who just had a construction project completed by Lowe's wanted to do a survey.

Called at 2:32 pm. I didn't answer and no message was left. CID said Unavailable. Phone volume was turned up and I heard a fast dial tone or busy signal before they hung up. Probably a scam call. I never answer calls from iunknown names and numbers.

In addition to not answering the phone, don't ever answer a survey. It gives a "business" a legal reason to continue to call you, even if you are on the DNC (which only works if it's a legitimate business anyway.)

I got a call from them last night. They were doing a survey on grocery stores. She asked who in the family "gets the groceries". I told her we all do. She asked where we get them, and I told her I got them from the pantry. She wanted to know where the pantry was, so I told her it is the closet in the kitchen where we store the food. Then I went on to tell her that we also got some of them from the refrigerator and sometimes the freezer. I kept her on the hook for over 5 minutes before she finally got upset enough to hang up on me. Good times! HA!

Left a message that me owed and purred...wth!!!

So far received 2 calls, one on July 11, one July 13. No message left either time. Will block as it's from southern Ohio, where I do not live so I strongly suspect scammers.
