I called the number back. Got a message,like someone else mentioned, that it is Convergence Research doing marketing studies. Caller ID indicates Covington KY but it could easily be a spoofed call, meaning they are actually somewhere else entirely. Usually a company tells u 2 press a certain number to remove your number. These people require you to leave a voicemail to remove your number. I did not give my name, only my number and "I do not know how you got my number but I do not appreciate the calls."

Called @ 5:32 pm. CID said Kentucky call. I didn't answer and no message was left. I don't answer calls from unknown names and numbers nor call them back.

Called asking someone take survey who was present during a recently installed Lowe's dishwasher, which seemed specific and legit. Only 3 questions based on sub-contractor's professionalism, sub-contractor's skills and if we would use Lowe's again on scale 1 to 7, which seems like an odd scale but they didn't try to sell anything or drag out the call. I usually don't agree to these "surveys" but seemed very specific (unless they've already hacked my card, which the #s I gave them aren't useful), so who knows.

Get a call blocker it will give you a break from repeat callers.

Received a call from this number this morning. Didn't answer it but we also bought an appliance from Lowe's within the past three weeks and also had it installed by an outside contractor hired by Lowe's. Joe's experience from 12 March 2018 above might be right on the money and this company isn't scamming afterall.Maybe...

Bob you hit it right on the money I have blocked 60 calls go for days without being bothered. Now I just block them if no message left if it's important they will leave a message.
