I have been called 4 times. Twice it was 8:45pm. I answer, there is a pause of silence then we are disconnected.
This number belongs to B2B marketing. With headquarters in California, Delaware, Ireland, and China and possibly many more. The number is recycled depending upon who is paying the money to annoy you. You can forget the Do Not Call list. It is worthless. The only way this crap stops is with the FCC implementing rules for common carriers and even then it won't stop the VOIP crap. In other words, get a call blocker with at least a 1000 blocks and use it. Won't solve it but makes you feel better.
Receive a call from this number 3 times a day and finally called back and they are conducting surveys and "want your voice to be heard" as they say on the machine. If you call back you can leave your number to tell them to stop calling you

The number called my landline just now. Caller ID said "Kentucky." Did not take the call.If it really is a survey taker, it should reveal for whom in Caller ID. But I'm sick of surveys and would decline the call anyway. :)

I just got a call from this number. I did not pick up since it said it was a call from Kentucky. I don't know anyone in Kentucky, I live in Michigan. Of course they NEVER leave you a voice mail. I'm so sick of all these unwanted calls I get every day!!! These rotten so and so's always call in the middle of my dinner!!

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
