Got a call from this phone number on my cell phone. My cell phone number only a few people have + it is the number I have affiliated with my credit card and my bank. I answered and got the recorded message from "Credit Card Services" telling me I could lower my credit card interest rate. I hung up. I believe it is just a scam.
Got a call on my cell today (2-19-2015) at 3:25 pm. I didn't recognize the number, didn't answer, no voicemail was left. Glad to know from this website that it was probably a credit card scammer.
