Called mobile phone; I looked it up here and didn't answer.It immediately called back, and I decided to answer (but said nothing): pretty immediately heard 3 low tones (beep beep beep), then it disconnected

Got a call from this number and didn't answer...they didn't leave a message. I looked up the number online and saw a bunch of others claiming it a spam call.
Keeps calling my phone, leaving no messages. Asked them not to call again, yet they continue to do so. I am on the DO NOT CALL list, so it's getting to be a bit ridiculous.Have heard that they are Credit Card Scammers. About time someone does something about this.
