Kept calling and said they were collecting a bill that my insurance company had not paid last July (before I was even seeing the doctor that they referenced). I said I would pay it but I was driving and if she could please call back in about an hour. The woman said "Why don't YOU call me when you're ready to pay the bill, I don't have time for this!" and hung up. She just called again... 6 months later.

Called looking for money for a bill being dealt with by insurance company He's so dumb he didn't even check on the insurance first. . He was loud and sounded as though he just got his dick hard and the sane girl walked away because it was so small. These people called my mothers cell phone for me, and he got very rude with my mother. You should not call my mother and be rude to her. And I know that I do not have any health insurance debt because my insurance covers it. Very rude, now they will not answer the phone.

EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE WORKING HERE. I WAS TOLD I WAS PUT ON A PAYMENT PLAN I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AND I INFORMED I WAS A STUDENT AND COULD BEGIN PAYING AT A LATER DATE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS POOR AND THAT THEY WOULD PUT ME INTO COLLECTIONS, IN A VERY MOCKING WAY AS IF THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS BETTER THAN ME. HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND WHEN I CALLED BACK WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND HE WOULD PUT ME ON HOLD AND MAKE SURE NO ONE WOULD PICK UP AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALM DOWN...I CALLED BACK AGAIN AND FINALLY GOT THE MANAGER AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY UNSYMPATHETIC AND REALLY DIDNT CARE AND MADE ME OUT TO BE A LIAR. I CANT BELIEVE PEOPLE CAN BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, IT TOTALLY MESSED UP MY MORNING & MADE ME FEEL CRAPPY ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY IT BECAUSE I AM A STUDENT WITHOUT A JOB CURRENTLY . :"(

a certain guy by the name of jay called my phone telling me I owe $ for a procedure I got done back in july. He claimed my ins did not cover it so I have to pay 393$. When I tried to speak to him he was very rude to the point he yelled and talked over me. I told him i would call my ins to find out what was going on he then hung up on me. I called back he continue to insult me! I as the fabulous woman that I am I told him he actually sounded as a very sad man and I will report him and hung up because I choose to be the better person and not speak to ppl who are rude and disrespectful. I googled the # and it shows these ppl are scamming us please do not listen to them they are liars who want to take your money.
