I am more than puzzled on how the same number can be used for an IRS scam, a grant scam and a charity call.But no ID, no message, no reply. Not that if this number did more than ID New Jersey in the ID and left a message that I'd return it.I don't do 'spam' - this number called again today a Sunday mid-day.I'm still calling this a phishing prank. One day I may just pick up and hang up when I see the number. But that probably won't change anything.

'They' called again at around 10 am this morning. I recognized the number picked up and hung up before my answering machine picked up. That may not prevent them from calling again. But it did make me feel good.Just maybe they will get the hint that I don't want to speak to anyone who calls me from that number...So next week a new spoofed number :)

Oh - I was looking at another cache for this number and another complaint was: Free trip to the Bahamas.....And; Sprint telemarketing crap telling you that you just won some thing.

Google asterisk I thineed it's a company that deals with open source communication software and telemarketers. For people to use violence, and telephony apps for IPHONE PBX? We got several calls from them on our landline which we ignored and I researched this and found out what they do. Business people, scammers, and telemarketer probably use this.

Called Saturday at 4:15pm. Didn't answer and caller left no message.

Called twice, left no message either time.

Call was automatically blocked as a robo caller. CID: Anonymous. Just one more in a long line of scammers.

Call 9:20 a.m. on a Sunday. Caller ID said New Jersey. I didn't answer, and they hung up, no message.

Someone asking for donations for muscular dystrophy. Sure I will give you my credit card number.......No.
