RMS - Receivable Management Services Collection company in Ohio. Told we owe over $700 for some loan we never had. Was given their address to send a stop and cease letter and told then to stop calling and was told by the lady that the calls will continue and that I better learn the law. Hence I reported her to FTC and Do Not Call list
This number calls me non stop at 10 or 11 at night saying i owe on a $13.30 past due bill with waste mgt. I have never had WM and told them to stop calling, they kindly tell me to F*** off! and that they'll keep calling.
They called my home number on May 14 giving my Sister in Laws name requesting a call back to Patricia. My sister in law has not lived here in 6 years and has never done business with any waste management companies. I did not attempt to call them back, I opted to just google the phone number and found this site.
Call and never leave message. If they want me to call back, they need to leave a message. I dont answer calls from numbers I dont know...
It is collection agency for Money tree. I called back this number from a different phone. Asking for a phone number and address. I told them to send my something by registered mail. She got rude and asked my address. would not give it 2 her as they already have my address. I get so upset when these people call and don't leave a message, and also ask you for information they already have since they have already called you. When these "people" handle matters legally I will deal with them.

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
