Same exact message. Same name given.

Exact same voice mail as other comments, I have received multiple voice mails from same recorded voice, calls have come from Redmond Or, Milton Freewater, Burns, Portland, Texas just to name a few. Hope they make a big mistake & call a number that is able to trace these people. Scam for sure.

I received the same information from Rachel. Saying she would put my file on hold to give me a chance to respond. I have zero debt and there is no other actions that would cause a suit against me. This is definitely a scam.

Same as others have mentioned. I have no outstanding debt, definite scam.

My phone never rang, but I ended up with a voicemail from. Private Processing company I need to call them back or press 1 to speak with someone about being served with a summons. They will attempt once more before I am placed in the unable to serve list. I think I'll take my chances since I have no idea what I would served a summons for.

Received a call asking me to call them back in regards to summons. (The number that came up on caller id was a local number in my area). They claimed I am named in a civil case for an unpaid card. When I called the bank that allegedly owns this card they had nothing on file.
