Got the same call - totally a scam. They said they have legal documents to be delivered and that they had a complaint against me. I hung up on them.

Female called stating my complete name a d left voicemail message that they had a complaint against me. She said her name is Lindsay Cross. Scam

They just left a message with my sister in law saying they have legal documents to be delivered. Scared her to death, scared me to death too but then I realized it was a scam. What do these people want?!

I was stupid enough to believe I may have owed an old Mastercard, they said it was from 2005 and written off in 2012. BUT picked back up by Nelson & Associates (Leticia) was her name. She had my address from 3 years ago and said due to I never responded from 3 months ago when they sent the papers, I would be served with court papers. She offered a "Settlement Structure" and even emailed it to me (it looked legitimate - thinking I would be paying off an old debt), so I went and bought a prepaid VISA due to I did not want them to have my debit card number. After giving them 360.00 I brought this to someones attention in my family and we researched this - I WAS SCAMMED !!!!

SAME AS ABOVE... "CURTESY CALL THAT THEY WANT TO SERVE PAPERS OF COMPLAINT. THEY ALSO CALLED MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER " IGNORE IGNORE

Julia calling concerning a matter that has been sent to their office... pending complaint.... I have no past due bills so some hoax.

Called my work twice stating same as above and also said would I be available to receive papers and sign for them, hung up and they called again and secretary transferred the call to me and I let it go to voicemail.
