Answered the phone. Voice said Ascension Point calling. This call will be monitored. I hung up.
Has been calling me repeatedly over the past several weeks. I don't pick up unknown calls. Recording says they are calling from Ascension Point about the affairs of someone I've never heard of. Leaves a call back number of 888-806-9074. I will not call back either number, as I'm sure this is a scam. I live at my deceased parents' house, and they have had this landline phone number for many many years, and there are no outstanding debts for any of us.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
