Called number to set up an appointment to hear their presentation about travel. Set up a date and time but then did some research and what I found out was not good so I called back to cancel. Got quite the pressure to reschedule - took way too long to get him to understand no meant no. He then abruptly hung up without saying goodbye. Very unprofessional!
