I had a charge from DELL SALES & SERVICE 866-393. The amount was for $331.47 and completely fraudulent.

they just got me too...charged to skype also. my bank alerted me.

Found $364.13 charged from DELL Sales & Service 866-393-9460 TX. Thank goodness I caught it only two days later by checking my credit card statement online. BOO HISS - now I have to cancel my card. But thanks to all of your great input and advice, I'm going to call my credit card company immediately and cancel, then call DELL to report this scam.

Ijust got hit on my debit card. One was listed as Business Tools, Lake Dallas, TX. for $502.00. Another fraud charge appeared to Walmart.com for $532.00 at the same time. Also, there was a charge for 0.87 to X NILO PRODUCTIONS INC Unity VA . Talked to Chase, cancelled debit card. I have to wait until the pending goes to "hard post", then call the dispute dept. to get my money back while they investigate. I had used the card at a Days Inn in Middletown, Oh. the weekend before. I noticed the desk clerk made an imprint on a paper copy, then wanted me to verify all of my info, address, etc. I stay there every weekend during Oct thru Dec. They had never done this before. This guy wasn't new either, older guy, been there for the last two yrs I've been staying there. Just seems to be a coincidence.

Evidently still alive and kicking. Received fraud charge on my cc statement. Reads: DELL SALES AND SERVICE 866-393-9460 01/06/2010Canceled card: People at Citi were very rude when canceling card as well. Acted like it was my fault. Canceling all Citi cards, as a matter of fact, canceling all cards except one to put in freezer in water for emergencies.

I just had this same type of charge to my debit card. It was still a pending charge, called the number and they indicated that they would have the authorization cancelled but got to thinking that I should find an alternate number to Dell directly to make sure the number wasn't fake as well.Bank has cancelled card and will not allow charges to go through. Apparently the computer that was ordered was going to be sent to my home and they had my cell phone number! But...that too could be fake if the phone number associated was fraudulent. It was creeping me out that someone would be casing my house for the computer delivery but now that I'm thinking about it, I gave them my address, not the other way around.

Got me on 3/15/10! $795.90My credit card was cancelled and I got a new one!How can this be stopped!!Very scary!!

I'm ashamed I haven't noticed these charges but they weren't as much $56.14 and $113.00 and I cannot believe my credit card, Discover, don't know about this company. I hate that we all have being ripped off as our common factor. These criminals are just as bad as muggers but at least with muggers, you have a chance to get in a hit resisting. I hope they rot in hell.

I just got charged as well and have a Discover Card and the charge happened on Feb 5th 2010. Discover Card was so awesome in getting this charge resolved. It took only 5 minutes and they are shipping me a new card with a new account number tomorrow. This sucks.

Well, I wouldnt be on here if these [***] werent trying to get me !!! I got info from my bank that Dell Sales & service 866-393-9460 was trying to purchase somethingof $496.00. KEYWORD TRYING!!! They had already got me for $380.00 from walmart before my bank caught it but after the did their security part on their end and saw that it wasnt me they issued me my money back.I called the number and asked to speak to a supervisor with no luck after getting hung up on 7 times after everytime I would ask. The last try I finally got transfered to one (yea right) as I knew better at this time after the conversations I tried to have with all the people I had talked to. I could tell by their voices that they werent American and more like Arabian. I asked each one of them what their name was and ext. # and one told me Jerry another said Mike and one Gary. At this point I KNEW this wasnt Dell Sales and service in Texas like they kept telling me. WELL THE LAST CALL I HADwas with "Sally" and I asked her where their headquarters was (NOW REMEMBER, EVERYONE ELSE I TALKED TO TOLD ME TEXAS) as I knew better because I could tell something fishy was going on!!! Well, after asking "Sally" several times she FINALLY TOLD ME and she said INDIA!!!!!So one more time to make sure I asked again........ where did you say? Again, she said INDIA!!!!I said so you dont have a office in Texas and she said no office Im here India!!!Maybe its just me but I feel something isn't right!! Why in the hell has this been going on since 2004 and NO ONE has done anything!!!!!!!
