This phone number is on my bank statement. Someone has charged a Dell computer to my debit card totalling 1900 dollars. I looked further and noticed there were also charges for an accepted collect call from prison totalling $88.75. Someone got my card number but I'm not sure how. Chase is currently investigating. Haven't called this number yet, though.

Also ripped off for $1377 for Dell Sales & Service on my Credit Card in Dec 2011. Don't have a clue as to how my card was breached but xcled card immediately. It is still under a fraud investigation. Why this is still going on baffles me..

I had a charge on my credit card June 1/10 for $608. Same M.O. as others. Dell Sales and Services and phone number 866-393-9460. As a result of the posts on this site, I reported the fraud to Dell and to the Credit Card company. I canceled the card which will be reissued this week. They are going to send a fraud report for me to fill out before they will credit my account. I went ahead and paid the bill in full to avoid late charges.

Yep me too. $1200 from the hp home store, and bussiness tools in lake Dallas tx.

Although this phone number really is the Dell Customer Service #, you should never call a number provided in a forum or discussion board. Thieves sometimes post their own 800 #'s.Your best bet is to go to the Dell website and get the # directly.

Business Tools Lake Dallas made an attempt to fraud me with my Chase bank account.. The banks fraud department stopped the charges, they made several attempts under walmart.com and I-Tunes. I will be filing a police report they must be stopped! 2/26/12

I was allerted by Mastercard yesterday that Dell Sales & Service has charged US$1,518.51 on my credit card.It's fraud. My credit card was cancelled immediately.

Just had the same thing happen to me...attempted charge by business tools to my Chase debit card. chase fraud dept caught it before it even went through. Interestingly, I wonder if most of those who have had this happen are Chase card holders.

3/11/12, I was also hit by Dell for $454 and Business tools, Lake Dallas, TX for $1468!!! This is extremely frustrating and can't believe how many other people have been victims of fraud from the same companies!
