Received voicemail message on a new private line cell phone. The recorded voice gave this number and an 8-digit reference number.

Also received same call. Any luck finding who this is? When calling back another recorded message states call will be answered in order received but no one ever gets on the line. Thanks

I keep getting calls! The caller ID comes up "unknown name" and "unknown number". I finally listened to the recording. Tells me it's an important call -- not a sales call and I should call back. I call back and get a recording that their offices are closed! THEY JUST CALLED ME! Who are these people?

This is definitly a collection agency. They are trying to collect a debt from me that is paid. I asked them to send me validation, so we will see what happens. It is United Debt Collection agency.

I received numerous calls from the same number (866-416-3859) and a reference number 20541304. I have not called it back and don't intend to and suggest no-one else call it either. Here is my reason; when a person calls that number back and enters the reference number it is a code to send all of you information to the mystery number and then they can use your phone number to make all their calls and guess who gets stuck with the bill! If the people were "legit" and it was really important, don't you think they would want to talk to you when they first call? I answered a call or two but imediately hung as soon as I determined it was a recorded message.

866-416-3859 is a collection agency in Toledo Ohio and they are very Rude. They keep call my 12yr son, on his cell phone. I've ask them to stop and remove him from there calling list, we don't even know the person they are trying to call. But for the past year and a half they been calling.

Got the same message, how it is oh so very important that i get back to them in the next 48 hours and gave me a code and an extension number, but no one ever answers. They scared me when i heard the message saying how it is of such importance and something that was on my name and then no answer. I don't what it is about and don't intend to keep worrying about it.
