Number said it was from my health insurance company and asked if it was ok to be recorded leaving way to a yes which they could use to get me in financial trouble

They left message, and reference call number, when i called back, they pretented to look my folder in computer, gave mya quick ref ID, when asked my ID again, they started to look up, and gave me a fake ID,and ask my date of birth. This is a scam, trying to steal your information, then your identification, then your life.

Identified themselves as United HCR, asked for date of birth and address - I refused and said I'll call United myself. They asked me to call this 866 number, added a reference number and included a department called Outreach Operations. I called United HCR at the number on the back of my card, instead. United could not identify 866-502-7169 and said they didn't have anything on file that someone called me - they agreed it was a scam.
