This is Humana Medical insurance (a medicare replacement plan). They annoy the crap out of me too. Yes I am their 'customer' but I would appreciate if they respect it when I ask them not to place nurse follow up calls that I have my own medical team who monitors my health conditions with me and I don't need their nurse to annoy me and tell me different. Their nurse are not the most educated people.

I am not sure why Humana is calling me about a Dr's. visit. Please send me a e-mail.

Again Humana Bot wanting to ask me questions about doctors appts....Humana regardless how many times I tell them to remove my phone number from those calls will NOT stop calling.

Humana called with short questionnaire about last visit to the doctor to ensure care provider meets their quality standards, and to make sure I was satisfied. They're just doing their job, so try to remember they're on your side.

I am their costumer but they have another number and email if they want to talk to me I do not answer any number I don't know unless I'm expecting it because Drs. Call back on unknown or weird numbers. I put my phone on the Fax Machine see how they like that horrible noise it makes. Do they know what time zone they are calling I got a call at 6:45am I was not happy they need to look that up also. If I want them I'll call them and that person hi I'm ann I would kick in butt and she calls from different numbers I punched one to talk to service rep ask where they got my number they hung up on me.

Automated call asking questions about a Humana provider visit

Caller only let it ring 3 times and then disconnected. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. Can't they just put Humana on the Caller ID. If it was Humana, it was probably a series of questions about my last doctor's visit. My doctor and his staff look after my health. I don't need Humana butting into my private life. If I wanted them to know something about my health care, I WOULD CALL THEM.
