I got a phone call from this number too saying that it was Bank of America asking me about a recent loan I had applied for, and that I need to send them documents and answer questions. I then contacted Bank of America and it is NOT one of their phone numbers, so don't give them any information!!
Called my cell 3 times the past 2 days but I have not answered. If they don't leave a message, its not important.Try calling back and says number not in service
Bank of America approved me for an auto loan and said I would get a call from this number to confirm and discuss next steps. I received the call several hours after leaving the bank. It's legit.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
