866-613-1020; celco? debt collection agency, asking for someone not living here; keeps calling and leaving messages for someone not ever lived here at this number , despite not answering, try calling the correct number

someone keeps calling my home number from 1-866-613-1020, leaving messages, asking for someone that doesn't or never has lived at this number and address.

Called by a sketchy collection agency. They provide very little detail on who they are. Once you inquire they tell you they are collecting for some Imaging company. Further inquiry reveals that they are trying to "collect" on the old classic toner scam. I asked for details, contracts, purchase orders, etc. They said they had delivery information which is part of the toner scam. Of course they never sent any of the requested information. I stopped playing along with them and now ignore their calls. But they still try every once in a while and occasionally leave me a message.Look up their website and on casual glance it looks reasonably legit. But take a closer look at the details and you'll see it's just made up stuff.

This company keeps calling asking for someone I do not know. Told them to remove my number off their list. I got a call from this number today. I wasn't home. They left a voice mail, but it was distorted and difficult to understand. I know they wanted me to call 1-866-613-1020 and give my name. I do not plan on doing it. I see on this page that it has to do with debt collection and I have no outstanding debts.

I received a call from this number. She said it was Laura from the Ohio Attorney General Office -regarding withholding tax for business. She wanted me to call back at ext. 8816.

They have been calling my cell phone for over 2 years now asking for Calvin.... I'm a female and I don't know anyone by that name. I've told them every time that they have the wrong number and to take me off the call list, they apologize and hang up.... then call again. I'm so tired of it!

They are a debt collection agency, they are affiliated with Ohio Attny General Office. I owe money to Lorain Co Community College and all they are trying to do is collect debt. They are legit. I have reciepts of my payments. I owed about $2100..... I have paid over $1000, then set up a payment plan to pay $150 monthly on the 17th of each month but since I have lost my income I have not been able to pay so now they are calling me every day again. I even told them about my eviction notice but you know they dont care, theyre just trying to make commission off my debt payments. Why I ever went to LCCC is beyond me!

Was asked to call if this is not Walter Humphry Hang up. This call is from Celco attempting to collect a debt for the Ohio Attorney Generals office - if you are not was instructed to call 866-613-1020 to let us know who we are calling for. Well- I was not able to answer the call. Ask for Lauren at extension 8815 - I do not believe that they will remove the number- and they clearly do not know the difference between a real person and Hey you got someone's voice mail dummy!!!!

State Attorney General's do not collect debt, nor do they ever get involved in debt collection. These are crooks.
