Company by the name of RP Solutions. Have no idea why they keep calling me about 3-5 times a day.
Collection agency that calls day after day after day for an ex-relative that does NOT live here. Tried repeatedly to comply with the computer that calls (press "4" if so-and-so does not live here) to no avail. Tried pressing a different # to get a person on the phone, listened to some musak, then was hung up on by the computer. Called the 800 number back, got a person on the phone, gave the person, Chris, the debtor's new number and was told that I would "probably" never hear from them again. We'll see how true that is.
Keep calling for someone does not live here. They insist on calling after I told that the person they are looking for does not live here.
I just got a call from this "RP Solutions" although the name they gave first was "RP Services". I'm posting this to warn everyone that this is a SCAM. DO NOT give these people any information. They are taking information that can be found from public records and twisting it to scare innocent people into giving out their personal financial information. I repeat THIS IS A SCAM!
Call twice a week asking for someone that probably just gave a phone number out and turned out to be my number. Talked to people and told them the situation, they do not believe you and keep calling. This has been going on for over a month now. After talking to them I just chose to ignore, but they keep calling. Any idea of how to get them to stop?
how do you know its a scam they called me and got my name right... do you know what they want... or are they just trying to get money out of me, im just afraid of it thats all.
if they keep calling even after you told them to stop, thats considered harrasment, you should report them
they are the rudest company i have ever dealt with ! the woman told me shes make sure id never be able to get another student loan again and no wonder im a single mother and my kid probobly doesnt listen to me becuase i started getting rude back with her and i told her actually i dont speak to my children that way and she told me i doubt that they probobly hate you. i tried to make a payment of 15 dollars becuase it is all i can afford without being short on rent and she said shes making it so i cant pay anything under 50 $

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
Wellcare never calls you, they send out notices. This is second call I’ve got from two separate phone numbers stating they are Wellcare. Scam
