Heard someone breath on the call when I answered, but never talked and they terminated the call after a couple seconds. Blocked number, reported and you should not answer.

Hi, I just recd a call from this number. I let it go to voicemail but they didn't leave a message. I called back and it went automatically to an automated 'musac' I am going to report the number to the Canadian Do Not Call list.
Videotron updating their Internet service needing to schedule an appointment to replace our modem. No message when I answered only music. I waited 3 minutes before a real person answered the call on the other end and told me who they were and why they called. Very unprofessional.
I got a call from that number repeatedly last week and this week, i finally answered(never say "yes" btw, just "hello"), and as usual with scammers, they desperately need you to say "yes", so the call goes like:-"Hello"-"Yes hello?" (they even suggest the "yes")-"Hello"-"Yes hello?"-"HELLOOOOO!"-"YES, YES HELLO?"on and on and on ahahaha!! i finally hung up laughing mao. They never called back!!
