I have called and called and put in the number 1241977, The voice asks if that is correct, and when I answer YES, the voice says she does not understand. I call and recall, but it always turns out the same. Now what?

Call from CVS. They do identify themselves which causes a problem. Following their voice instructions did not work. Had to call their HELP number to solve the problem which turned out to be a prescription verification.

It is legitimate - they called me to confirm a shipment before shipping

It always amazes me when corporations make more work for their employees than necessary. If this is a prescription verification call from CVS/CareMark, then they should SAY SO clearly and not be so vague & opaque that they require their customers to call corporate help numbers & tie up operators to help figure out what the heck the company wants from them.Clearly identify your company to the people you are calling and make it easy for your customers to respond accordingly, CVS!It's mystifying that if these are indeed legitimate calls why Caremark goes out of their way to make it so difficult for their customers to understand who they are & what they want. Surely they've had enough complaints about their protocol on these prescription verification calls by now that they could take their customers' needs & convenience into consideration & improve their service and their own efficiency?

I have a Caremark prescription but they have never called to tell me anything. I don't answer calls that have the heading "Unknown Caller" I have a prescription set to refill automatically so I don't need this message. It asks if I am Carolyn, if so to press one, of course it is recorded and it just keeps going round and round in a loop.

Like everyone else, we do not answer calls from "Unavailable." The recording claimed to be from CVS, demanding that I call them back with some lone "extension" number I was ordered rudely to write down, because they needed my permission to ship an order. Well, I don't want any mail-order prescriptions, and I didn't order any. This is so unprofessional. I refuse to "speak" with stupid telephone recordings. Get a website!
