Answered call because I thought it was someone else. Asked for my son by name who has never lived at this number. Said his name was Alex and that he was with Amazon.com. and asked for my son's phone number. I asked him for his phone number and told him I'd relay the message. He apologized and hung up. The man had a foreign accent and I doubt that the call was authentic.

Amazon doesn't send a paper bill. It automatically puts you in as peperless you have to go to the website and change your preferences to start receiving the paper bill and don't be late even one day because they send the late notice a week before if the payment hasn't been made

I receive at least 5 calls per day from this number. I never hear anyone on the other line, so I never get the chance to tell them to stop calling me. I am on the do not call list and wish to be taken off their list as well.

this is ge money bank/amazon.com. be sure to immediately ask customer service "May I speak to someone in the United States?" Otherwise the heavy accent of 5the agent will drive you CRAZY!!!

They are identity thefts taking your personal information.

I have a do not call number, yet I get 4 calls from this number every day. Worse, they are robocalls, which are illegal in my state. There is a $500 fine per call. The offender is GE Capital. 3 months ago, I made a routine purchase on Amazon. When checking out, I was offered a $25 credit for putting the purchase on an "Amazon" card. So i did. They asked several questions, one of which was my email. I gave it to them. 6 weeks later I got a bill with a web site. During the 6 weeks, I switched cable providers, and my comcast email was no longer working. When I tried to log on with "the email I signed up with" I was told it was not a valid email. I looked for some other way to pay the bill. There was none. A month later I got another bill with a customer "service" number. I tried calling it, but it was a robo-operator. The phone calls from 866-771-1104 began 4 times a day. I finally got a notice that i was seriously behind, and a number at GE financial services. I actually got a human, eventually. I had to get pushy to get her to listen to my problem and she wanted to treat me like a deadbeat. Once she actually listened, she told me she would reverse the late fees and interest if I would pay for the purchases. I gave her my bank transfer number, and funds were transferred from my account. The calls from 866-771-1104 continued. I got another bill, and the charges for the fees and interest had not been removed. Every month, they add $30 late fee and 21% interest.They cannot take me to court because they have been breaking the law. At $500 per call, the fines add up to at least $120,000! I think we all should flood their call center by calling them several times a day. Anyone in with me?
