Got the same call regarding service on a new Nissan. I had already had the service done two weeks ago and asked if they could remove me from their phone list, which they said they did on the spot. They apparently have their own "do not call" registry in-house. My number is unlisted, so I am guessing they got it off my paperwork when I bought the vehicle.
