Called on Dec.3 and 4, saying they needed to locate my son about an urgent matter. Gave out a case # and a folder #, and to press 1 to talk about this "extremely urgent" matter with someone. Call came from same Cedar Rapids, Iowa phone # both days.

Used my name and a case number in a computer voice with rest of message recorded by a woman. Call at home on 12/2 and at work on 12/3. No business name given. No "collect a debt" message. All vague.
same as pvs two commenters, left message with my former name and it is a "very time sensitive matter" and other folderol. caller ID picked up a local number as well
