I got the exact same email today! JUSTIN TIAGO IS A SCAM.Hello, Thanks for the response. I had to call my wife and discuss it with her and we are set. I will get my Wife to send you a Cashiers Check for your Vehicle payment IN FULL on Monday as am away at the moment.And yes,you can wait for the check to clear before we proceed with the pick up and others,thats okay with me. Also I will send you the pick up money too so you can help me get it across to the pick up agent i use for cargo,okay so you don't have to worry about shipping as they will have it picked up from your location. I will send you details of the check and exact amount I will send you.It will be mailed out to you by my Wife so I guess you will have the FedEx tracking number on Monday. I will need your full name and address to where I can mail the payment and Kindly take the AD of craigslist.Please give me a phone number I can reach you on in case there is a gap in communication. Who did you report this to? They are trying to scam me. I have multiple emails from that name and number. How evil!

jus565@yahoo.com is the email address they are sending messages to me from. Justino TIAGO is a scam!!

Had a post for Honda civic for 1400 n I got the same email stating he was a petroleum engineer, I hadn't seen this site but just sent him an email asking why a petroleum engineer will want a 1400 car n that I thought he was a scam n I never heard from him again

Below is message response from Craig'sList ad. I'm in CA so Arkansas phone number was first clue (alright, the tone of the email might have been the first clue). Googled phone and name and found a long list of scam attempts, even some with exactly the same text. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE...AVOID JUSTINO TIAGO 870-293-4562!!!

Just got scam email from Richard Miller at smthcool7@gmail.com saying same stuff as above.

Avoid anyone named Richard Miller . Buyer wants pics, your address, and will send you payment of $1900 for an $NNN item. THIS IS A SCAM!>>> Hi, Thanks for the swift response, just to let you know that am okay with the condition and price of the item, am ready for its purchase and my form of payment will be by sending you Check via Fedex next day delivery. I'll be responsible for the pick-up and the pick up money will be included in your payment to avoid delay and to enable pick up company to schedule an appropriate time for he pick-up at your location after check has been cashed,as i have other properties to be moved alongside with yours. I would have really love to come for the viewing but due to my work frame that might not be possible,but if you have the pics,might want to have a good look. Please do get back to me with your full name and address including your cell and land number so i can make out payment.<<

Thank you to all your postings we did not do anything with this guy. We are getting the same response. We are no longer communicating with him since we now know its a scam. Good job everyone on this board. Your postings saved us time and heartache I have no doubt.
