Foreign sounding woman calls with what appears to be a CHICAGO area code.Caller i.d. says "Illinois Call" so she is evidently blocking the caller I.d. systemin order to facilitate deception.She babbles about "my state just deregulating electric utility companies"....then keeps asking if I am "responsible" for my electric bill.After every single nonsensical sentence she babbles she says, "okay".She hung during her spew, when I said, "You do not even know what state I am in.Do you?".

I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
