I enjoyed playing along..wanted me to log onto my computer so I could see the bad files my computer was collecting. I am sure it was a scam. I pretended to be so worried and scared about these files. .but wouldn't dare do what he said. Looked info about his web site up. .didn't go there..but I think it was porn. Stay away. Or just play to kill time

When my machine answered caller yelled HELLO in a foreign accent.

mumbled a message for the recorder and hung up. Sounded like he had an accent. What a surprise.

I received a call from this #, asking to speak to my husband who is at work. Mind you it is 8:00am. After nicely requesting to have our number removed from their list, and being yelled at and harassed, I called the police on the other line, and the caller hung up. He did however give me his name as Oscar Walton.

Got a call from a guy named Michael telling me that there were viruses in Microsoft's software and he wanted me to go to my computer so he could help me. I yelled at him to remove me from their list. Sounded like he was calling from India.

I received a call from this number from a man who could barely speak english. It was hard to understand and him. He was clearly reading from a script. He said that he was a company that monitors internet safety. I asked 3 times what the name of the company and he just repeated his script instead of answering my questions. He says they detected viruses on my computer. He wanted me to go to my computer so that they could walk me through fixing the errors. I told him I worked for the FBI and the call was being traced. He hung up.
